The Roles We Regularly Hire For:

Depending on your background, expertise, and location, we regularly expand our footprint across the UK in the following areas:

  • Business Development Managers (BDMs): Driving revenue growth, managing distributor networks, and onboarding new security installers/integrators.

  • Technical Sales Specialists: Bridging the gap between sales and technology. Conducting product demonstrations, handling complex system architectures, and providing technical training to partners.

What We Look For:

We are interested in hearing from professionals at all levels (from mid-level to senior) who possess:

  • Industry Experience: A strong background in Sales or Technical Sales within the Electronic Security, Smart Home, IoT, CCTV, Access Control, or Telecom industries.

  • Network: Proven experience working with security installers, system integrators, distributors, or electrical wholesalers in the UK.

  • The Ajax Mindset: A proactive, self-starting attitude. We move fast, innovate constantly, and value results over processes.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, whether you are pitching to a C-level executive or running a hands-on technical workshop for engineers.

  • Mobility: A valid UK driving license, as our sales roles are field-based and require travel within your assigned region.
