We are looking for an energetic Junior Account Manager to join our team here in Chicago! This role will play a critical part in driving maximum value within our non- acute care customers by focusing largely on client retention and account development in our rapidly growing customer base. The chosen candidate will be largely responsible for the existing customer base, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
The Junior Account Manager will also take ownership of a portfolio of customers as well as: maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities, auditing accounts, and ensuring targets and satisfaction levels are met.
What You Will Do
Sell complex solutions to multiple stakeholders within our non acute market
Serve as the lead point of contact for an already established book of business
Build and maintain strong long lasting client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor
Consultative selling on both on the phone, and face-to-face sales with complex buyers that have multiple decision makers
Demonstrate issue resolution skills
Take lead on contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits
Owning the vision / translating our company’s mission effectively
Collaborating across multiple departments to provide right-fit customer solutions

Effective skills in using modern technology. Experience in Salesforce is preferred
Previous experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals is a plus
1+ years previous sales and customer service experience

Can demonstrate active listening skills and critically consult your client based upon multiple criteria
Able to adjust to changing conditions on multiple fronts both internal and external.
