Accountabilities:
- Participate in a structured rotational program across commercial functions such as sales, marketing, customer experience, and related business areas.
- Develop a strong understanding of technical product solutions and apply this knowledge in customer-facing and solution-selling environments.
- Support field sales, account management, and business development initiatives through hands-on project work and training assignments.
- Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and mentors to strengthen commercial and technical expertise.
- Contribute to real business outcomes by executing assigned responsibilities during each rotation with increasing levels of ownership.
- Engage in formal training programs, coaching sessions, and mentorship opportunities with senior commercial leaders.
- Prepare for post-program placement into a key commercial role such as Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Sales Enablement Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior professional experience required; exposure to construction, plumbing, or mechanical industries is a plus.
- Strong interest in technical sales, solution selling, or commercial leadership development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively in team-based environments.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, environments, and rotational assignments.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% and potentially for extended periods depending on rotation.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area for the duration of the program and long-term growth.
