Accountabilities
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team across Central and Southern Europe, ensuring consistent achievement of ambitious revenue targets.
- Own regional sales strategy execution across multiple countries, driving pipeline growth, deal velocity, and customer acquisition.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-tier sales talent while fostering a strong, performance-driven team culture.
- Establish and maintain a disciplined operational cadence, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
- Drive enterprise sales cycles, engaging directly in complex, high-value opportunities and supporting frontline deal execution.
- Build and expand relationships with key enterprise customers, strategic partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand existing accounts and acquire new logos across the region.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership, maintaining transparency on performance and pipeline health.
- Manage escalations and ensure customer success throughout the sales lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within enterprise software, ideally in AI infrastructure, data infrastructure, or storage technologies.
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading high-performing, multi-country sales teams in complex regional environments.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Deep expertise in managing enterprise sales cycles using structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders, partners, and enterprise clients.
- Strong operational discipline with experience implementing structured cadence, forecasting processes, and performance management frameworks.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including marketing, channels, product, and technical pre-sales.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-country markets with cultural awareness and commercial adaptability.
