This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Manager – Team Leadership & Coaching Focus based in Brazil.
This is a leadership-first sales role within a fast-growing SaaS environment, designed for a professional who thrives on building, coaching, and scaling high-performing Account Executive teams. You will be responsible for driving revenue outcomes indirectly through people development, process optimization, and performance enablement. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on coaching, ensuring sales execution quality improves across the entire team. You will play a key role in refining forecasting accuracy, strengthening deal execution, and aligning go-to-market efforts with Marketing. Operating in a high-growth, performance-driven startup, you will help shape how sales excellence is defined, measured, and scaled. This position is remote and aligned with Eastern Time working hours.
Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying Account Executives, ensuring consistent performance improvement and revenue achievement.
- Focus on sales enablement through call coaching, deal review, and performance optimization using tools such as Gong.io.
- Own forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales performance analysis using CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Design and improve scalable sales processes that enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and overall revenue performance.
- Partner with Marketing and other GTM teams to strengthen messaging, alignment, and campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of sales talent within the organization.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing quota-carrying Account Executives.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams to consistently exceed performance and revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in modern sales tools such as Gong.io, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong coaching mindset.
- Ability to build structure and scale sales processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Availability to work aligned with Eastern Time Zone business hours.
