This is a high-impact commercial leadership role responsible for driving national revenue growth and expanding enterprise partnerships across the U.S. mobile advertising ecosystem. You will lead strategic sales initiatives within a fast-scaling performance marketing environment focused on iOS app growth and digital advertising innovation. The role combines enterprise deal-making, team leadership, and market expansion in a highly competitive, data-driven space. You will engage directly with senior decision-makers across agencies, brands, and technology partners to position advanced growth solutions. Operating at the intersection of sales, strategy, and product innovation, you will shape go-to-market execution and long-term revenue performance. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on market positioning, revenue outcomes, and organizational scaling. Accountabilities:

  • Own and drive national revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market segments, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
  • Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy aligned with performance marketing and iOS app growth solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of agencies, app-first brands, trading desks, and performance advertisers.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder negotiations and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the organization in executive-level discussions, industry events, and partner engagements to strengthen market presence.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team while fostering accountability, discipline, and execution excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, client success, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution efficiency.
  • Requirements

    • 10–15 years of experience in digital advertising, adtech, martech, SaaS, or enterprise technology sales.
    • Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
    • Demonstrated success in owning and consistently exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
    • Strong expertise in performance marketing, mobile app growth, programmatic advertising, and digital ecosystems.
    • Extensive experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with senior stakeholders (CMOs, CXOs, VP-level leaders).
    • Strong commercial acumen, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal structuring.
    • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
