Life at TodayTix Group
We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there’s no script for what comes next.

New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.

Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.

We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.

About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable, people-oriented individual to join our B2B team on a part-time basis.

You'll be the weekend point of contact for our network of concierge agents and B2B partners — processing bookings for theatre tickets and attractions, handling incoming calls, and ensuring every partner interaction reflects the high standard of service we're known for. This is a great fit for someone who's calm under pressure, has strong telephone instincts, and takes genuine pride in getting the details right.

Please note: this is a remote, fixed-term contract (12 months) and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. The shift is 4 hours every Saturday, 14:00–18:00. Initial training will take place both onsite and remotely during the week for the first two weeks.

The hourly rate for this opportunity is £14 per hour.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Partner Experience → Concierge agents and B2B partners consistently receive responsive, accurate, and professional service on Saturdays.

  • Booking Accuracy → Bookings are processed correctly across all systems with minimal errors and smooth supplier coordination.

  • Product Confidence → Strong working knowledge of our full range of shows and attractions, applied naturally in every partner interaction.

  • What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with concierge agents, servicing their booking requests primarily via telephone

  • Process bookings accurately across online and offline systems

  • Liaise with our supplier network to ensure seamless fulfilment of partner requests

  • Respond to partner queries with professionalism and care

  • Share relevant partner feedback with the Trade Manager to support ongoing service improvements

  • Maintain strong product knowledge across our full range of shows and attractions

  • We're Looking for Someone With:

  • Previous customer service experience; travel trade knowledge a strong plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and a confident telephone manner

  • A proactive, positive attitude and genuine team-player instincts

  • Sales pay context

Based on 5,348 disclosed Sales salaries on RoleSuite, the role pays a median of $115K/year, with most offers between $81K and $170K (10th–90th percentile: $64K–$238K).
