Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs for new hires and experienced sales professionals across multiple business areas.
  • Partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and leadership teams to identify learning needs and build aligned training roadmaps.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions, adapting delivery style to diverse audiences and formats.
  • Manage training programs end-to-end, including planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance data, and recommend improvements to learning solutions.
  • Support the continuous evolution of sales learning curricula, ensuring content remains relevant, up-to-date, and business-aligned.
  • Leverage modern learning tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance engagement and scalability.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to learners to reinforce skill development and application.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, sales engineering, or sales enablement roles.
    • 4+ years of experience in training development, facilitation, or learning delivery.
    • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
    • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
    • Preferred: knowledge of HVAC, fire, security systems, or other technical/industrial solutions.
    • Comfortable working remotely with up to 50% travel as required.
