Drive market expansion by balancing long-term Enterprise bets with high-velocity Mid-Market revenue generation.

Structure the sales approach for the UK market. Beyond closing deals, you will establish the sales playbooks and processes that will serve as the blueprint for our local sales team expansion

Target and acquire high-value accounts by engaging everyone from technical product managers to C-level executives.

Lead cross-functional engagements (Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk) to ensure complex technical integrations translate into high-volume live transactions.

Provide critical market insights to our innovation and leadership teams to ensure Trustly remains the UK market leader.

Represent Trustly as a Thought Leader at industry forums, building high visibility in the evolving UK payments and Open Banking ecosystem.
Who you are

You bring 7+ years of high-impact sales experience in Payments or Fintech. You don't wait for inbound leads; you thrive on the "thrill of the chase" and have a proven track record of breaking into new, competitive accounts.

You are a practitioner of modern enterprise sales frameworks (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC). You are disciplined, analytical, and proactive in qualifying (or disqualifying) deals early to maximize your efficiency.

You are an expert individual contributor with the ambition to transition into a formal leadership role. You have the vision and potential to eventually hire, build, and manage a high-performing sales team as we scale our UK footprint.
