This role is a senior client-facing position focused on managing and expanding high-value enterprise relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will act as a trusted strategic partner to key accounts, guiding long-term growth initiatives and aligning client objectives with tailored commercial solutions. The role blends consultative selling, executive relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver measurable revenue impact. You will work closely with internal teams across merchandising, marketing, and operations to design and execute high-impact client programs. Success in this role depends on your ability to influence senior stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and sustain long-term partnerships. This is a highly strategic position where commercial acumen and relationship leadership directly drive revenue growth and client success.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for enterprise clients, building and maintaining relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with client objectives and organizational revenue goals.
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to maximize long-term value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising, marketing, and operations to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Lead consultative sales discussions, providing strategic recommendations based on client needs, performance data, and market insights.
  • Monitor account performance using CRM systems and track KPIs including revenue, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver regular reporting, business reviews, and strategic updates to both clients and internal leadership teams.
  • Ensure seamless execution of client programs through strong cross-functional coordination and communication.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or consultative B2B relationship roles.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing high-value client portfolios.
    • Strong experience working with executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise environments.
    • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite) and modern sales and account management technologies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable account strategies.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary range of $70,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
