This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Manager based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-growing SaaS environment, where you will be responsible for driving revenue performance, leading a team of Account Executives, and shaping outbound sales strategy. You will operate at the intersection of execution and leadership, balancing hands-on involvement in enterprise deals with the development and coaching of a high-performing sales team. The role requires strong commercial judgment, the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles, and a data-driven approach to pipeline and forecasting. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine positioning and improve conversion outcomes. This is an opportunity to help scale a modern sales engine in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment. The position is remote and aligned with Eastern Time working hours.
Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
- Contribute directly to outbound strategy and sales execution, supporting pipeline generation and key enterprise deal closure.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking using CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Use sales intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong) to analyze performance, improve coaching, and optimize team effectiveness.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and market positioning.
- Support complex enterprise negotiations while guiding reps through multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Contribute to team growth through hiring, onboarding, and continuous performance development initiatives.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 2+ years in a sales leadership or team management role.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($100K+) in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Product functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Availability to work aligned with Eastern Time business hours.
