Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

What You'll Do
• Sell and present customized insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed sales and production goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship programs
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in CRM systems
What We're Looking For
• Active Texas Property & Casualty License (required)
• Ability to obtain Life, Accident & Health license within 45 days
• Sales experience preferred (insurance is a plus!)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Must pass a background check
