Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing the billing and contract functions while driving accurate financial reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional alignment. This role leads a team of managers, supports month-end close activities, and ensures the integrity and efficiency of revenue operations.

What you will do

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to managers overseeing billing and contract teams
  • Oversee the timely and accurate generation and distribution of all billing
  • Lead month-end close processes related to revenue, including account reconciliations
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packages and presentation materials for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) review
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Partner cross-functionally on ERP optimization and system enhancements
  • Contribute to budgeting processes and support audit requirements
  • Manage and advance key ad hoc projects aligned with organizational priorities
  • Calculate and review quarterly commission payouts
  • Partner with sales representatives and leadership to validate accuracy of commission data
  • Candidate Profile

  • 5 years of billing and revenue experience; 1 – 2 years of management experience
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or in a related field
  • Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Leadership skills & Management experience 
  • Excel skills: creating and reading reports, basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, count ifs, etc
  • Word and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Salesforce experience would be nice but not required
