Job Opening: Appointment Setter (Remote) 📌 Overview
We are a U.S.-based health insurance agency seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. Your role will focus on qualifying inbound and outbound leads, assessing eligibility, and booking high-quality appointments for licensed agents.
🕒 Schedule & Compensation
Full-time – U.S. EST hours
Mon–Fri: 8am–11am & 4pm–8pm
Sat: 8am–11am
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Qualify leads based on income, household size, and ACA eligibility logic.
Identify QLEs (Qualifying Life Events).
Conduct pre-screening for ACA and private PPO options.
Book appointments with low no-show rates.
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
Follow up via text campaigns and email.
Maintain accurate CRM records and notes.
✅ Requirements
Advanced/Fluent English with neutral/light accent.
Strong, confident communication style (U.S. customer-facing).
Experience with U.S. clients or call center environments.
Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Quiet workspace + stable internet connection
