Client Executive, Healthcare SaaS -Strategic Expansion & New Business - PNW territory

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Executive, Healthcare SaaS – Strategic Expansion & New Business (PNW territory) based in the United States.

This enterprise sales role focuses on driving both new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion within the healthcare provider ecosystem across the Pacific Northwest territory. The position is responsible for building and managing high-value relationships with hospitals, health systems, and large physician groups, while delivering complex SaaS solutions that improve healthcare operations and revenue cycle performance. It combines net-new business development with long-term account growth, requiring a strong balance of hunter mentality and strategic account management. The role involves engaging executive stakeholders, uncovering new buying centers, and expanding platform adoption across multiple service lines. Operating in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, this position demands strong pipeline development, consultative selling, and disciplined territory execution. It is an impactful opportunity for a senior healthcare SaaS seller to shape multi-year client partnerships and drive measurable revenue growth across strategic accounts.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end sales execution across the PNW territory, including prospecting, pipeline development, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing new healthcare SaaS deals.
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition while also expanding existing strategic accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within hospitals, health systems, and large physician organizations.
  • Identify new buying centers, service lines, and expansion opportunities within target accounts.
  • Manage territory planning and prioritize opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue and quota targets.
  • Partner with internal teams to accelerate deal cycles, improve win rates, and support solution alignment.
  • Maintain a balanced focus on new business development (majority of revenue) and strategic account expansion.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and disciplined CRM management across all sales activities.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare SaaS or Healthcare IT sales with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition.
    • Proven track record of selling into hospitals, health systems, and large physician groups, including contract negotiation experience.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations, including revenue cycle management, managed care, and administrative workflows.
    • Demonstrated ability to exceed quota with a mix of net-new logo acquisition and strategic account growth.
    • Experience managing complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and senior healthcare decision-makers.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a highly competitive market.
    • Ability to travel 50%+ across the Pacific Northwest territory.
