Strategic Partner Account Manager DACH
We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our DACH Partnerships team in the Paris office. You will play a pivotal role in our regional growth and development of one of our largest partner ecosystems. As a Partner Account Manager, you will help us grow the pipeline and revenue through our Channel partners and Agencies (also defined as System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms etc). Your leadership & knowledge of the market will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners (or System Integrators) that align with our strategic objectives and target markets.
Develop and implement effective partner onboarding programs to ensure rapid ramp-up and productivity.
Educate partners on Aircall's products, services, value proposition, and sales processes.
Partner Relationship Management:
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop joint action plans.
Revenue Generation & Sales Enablement:
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve mutually agreed-upon revenue targets.
Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and support to partners, including product updates, competitive intelligence, and sales collateral.
Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities with partners.
Track and report on partner performance metrics, including pipeline, closed deals, and revenue attribution.
Forecasting & Reporting:
Accurately forecast partner sales and contribute to overall company revenue projections.
Provide regular reports on partner performance, activities, and market insights to management.
Program Development & Optimization:
Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the channel partner program, including policies, incentives, and marketing initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to support partner needs and program enhancements.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in channel management
Qualifications:
You have at least 2-3 years of experience, ideally in partnership development, in a competitive, data-driven environment.
You have a strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
