Freshworks is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive based in Sydney to drive strategic growth across the ANZ region.

This is a New Logo Acquisition focused role for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring and growing enterprise customers. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while building trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.

The ideal candidate brings experience selling enterprise software solutions such as ITSM, Employee Experience, Workflow Automation, Infrastructure Operations, or Digital Transformation platforms into complex enterprise environments.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding Freshworks' enterprise footprint across ANZ and helping establish Freshworks as a strategic technology partner for leading organizations in the region.

What You Will Do

Drive Enterprise Growth

  • Own a designated ANZ territory and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Identify, engage, and close new enterprise and strategic accounts.

  • Develop and execute territory plans that create predictable pipelines and sustainable growth.

Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle

  • Manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and close.

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving business and technical decision-makers.

  • Build compelling business cases and value propositions that align with customer objectives.

Build Executive Relationships

  • Engage with CIOs, CTOs, IT Leaders, Operations Executives, and other senior stakeholders.

  • Establish credibility as a trusted advisor capable of addressing strategic business challenges.

  • Position Freshworks solutions as drivers of operational efficiency, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Create and Manage Pipeline

  • Generate new opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking and market development activities.

  • Maintain a healthy, data-driven pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity management.

  • Consistently execute disciplined sales methodologies and account planning practices.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner closely with Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product teams/

  • Contribute market intelligence and customer insights that influence go-to-market strategy.

  • Represent Freshworks at customer meetings, industry events, and executive engagements across ANZ.

Required Experience

  • 9 to 15 years of quota-carrying Enterprise SaaS sales experience.

  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets in enterprise and strategic accounts.

  • Proven ability to acquire net-new logos and grow greenfield territories.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Strong track record of building pipeline through proactive prospecting and account development.
