Account Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented junior profile to join our team as an Account Development Executive. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from leading schools (ENCG, ISCAE, Al Akhawayn University, HEM, or equivalent) or candidates with a first experience (internship of a few months) in market research, business development, or communication agencies.

This position combines market research exposure with client engagement, making it a great opportunity for candidates with a strong analytical mindset and commercial drive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and management of client accounts
  • Conduct market research (primary & secondary) to generate insights for clients
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and proposals
  • Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Contribute to identifying growth opportunities and client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (research, analytics, client service) to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Ensure strong communication and follow-up with clients
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Target Profile:
    • Fresh graduate from ENCG, ISCAE, Al Akhawayn, HEM, or similar institutions
    • OR candidate with a first internship experience (a few months) in market research, commercial roles, or communication agencies
  • A first exposure to client interaction or commercial activities is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of data analysis & basic statistics
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (SPSS is a plus)
