Account Executive TEMPORAL

NielsenIQ busca un/a Sales Development Representative / Account Executive temporal por reemplazo de licencia de maternidad, con posibilidad de extensión. Este rol será clave para la generación de pipeline, ejecución de campañas comerciales y seguimiento de leads e indicadores del área.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar y calificar leads inbound para determinar su readiness comercial.
  • Ejecutar campañas de sales & marketing (email, social, phone) orientadas a la generación de oportunidades.
  • Realizar prospección outbound para agendar reuniones con tomadores de decisión.
  • Apoyar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de campañas comerciales (pre y post).
  • Dar seguimiento a leads y oportunidades dentro del CRM, asegurando su avance en el funnel.
  • Crear y mantener materiales comerciales (one pagers, mensajes, contenido de outreach).
  • Administrar procesos de ventas y asegurar el correcto registro de actividades en CRM.
  • Monitorear y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave del área (KPIs: leads, conversión, pipeline, actividad).
  • Colaborar con equipos de ventas y marketing para optimizar resultados de campañas.
  • +2 años de experiencia en roles comerciales, SDR, marketing o generación de demanda.
  • Experiencia en ejecución de campañas y seguimiento de leads.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, organización y seguimiento.
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y cumplimiento de KPIs.
  • Experiencia con herramientas como CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator o similares es un plus.
  • Proactividad, autonomía y alta capacidad de ejecución.
