Sales Support Executive

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Executive in China. The successful candidate will provide administrative support by processing, validating and managing orders, auditing orders in order to provide our sales team with regular insight into common issues and taking calls from clients when Sales Director is not available.

We are looking for someone who will challenge the ways things are done and provide insight and apply problem solving to improve current processes.

Reporting into the Sales Director, you will also work alongside our Support team and key individuals within the business.

 

What will I be doing?

  • Assist the day-to-day account management jobs of key customers.
  • Admin work regarding to sales and supply chain delivery.
  • Work with internal departments and functions to handle the customer quality and regulatory enquiries directed from commercial team.
  • Supporting both internally and externally for quality complaints.
  • Fluent Chinese and English in both writing and speaking.
  • Processing and checking all new sales submitted by the Account Management team
  • Work with the Finance team and Sales Team to resolve any queries associated with orders and liaise with relevant personnel to resolve these.
  • Problem solving, identifying order and account issues and providing solutions within contract terms.
  • Maintain a high level of internal customer service and data accuracy.
  • Timely follow up of any outstanding queries.
