In this role, you'll perform formulation and manufacturing activities in a GMP/ISO-regulated environment, working with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies. You'll execute manufacturing protocols, troubleshoot processes, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate across functions to ensure high-quality output. This position offers opportunities to drive continuous improvement while working in a team-oriented setting focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Keys to Success:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required with no prior experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, formulation development, or related laboratory work.
- Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related scientific field.
- Demonstrated expertise in aseptic techniques and GMP manufacturing practices.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, analytical methods, and instrumentation.
- Proficient in documentation practices and batch record completion.
- Experience with quality systems and regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and laboratory software systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work while wearing required PPE.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including possible shift work.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Knowledge of data analysis and basic statistical methods.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $25.60–$31.75.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
