Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner actively engages in coordinating security measures, responding to evolving threats, and supporting the overall security posture of client systems, fostering a secure and reliable environment throughout daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate security risks within client environments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance service delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response.
- Strong understanding of threat detection methodologies and incident response processes related to endpoint security.
- Experience with security monitoring tools and platforms to analyze and respond to security events effectively.
- Ability to interpret security alerts and logs to identify potential vulnerabilities and breaches.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and standards relevant to managed security services.
- Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
