This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within the cloud environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business strategies and technical requirements.
- Monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend enhancements to the cloud security framework.
- Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to safeguard cloud assets.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices related to identity and access management.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Familiarity with identity governance, access provisioning, and lifecycle management processes.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions.
- Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements impacting cloud security.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
