The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector has a career opportunity for a Site Lead supporting the DISA GSM-O II program. Our customer, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), serves as the provider of Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to the Department of War (DoW) and other national security organizations. The GSM-O Site Lead will oversee approximately 125 personnel executing 24x7 operations across the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC). In this role, the candidate is responsible for delivering administrative, logistical, and situational awareness functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as liaison with local Government leadership to maintain compliance and awareness of operational requirements and priorities across network and cyber operations.
Ensure compliance with DISA guidance and local TTPs and Work Instructions.
Develop and maintain procedural documentation and site management records to include accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and seating coordination.
Provide visitor coordination support.
Work collaboratively with impacted staff to maintain behavioral standards and lead local morale activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for local staffing tasks to include on-board/off-board of site personnel.
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
Provide general training support for non-technical tasks.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant experience
4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams of larger teams (50+ employees)
Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting contractor teams in a government or Department of War environment.
Experience leading and managing cross functional and matrixed teams supporting a fast-paced operating environment.
Experience briefing senior government officials and executive-level stakeholders.
