Program Security Representative

Description:This position requires Active Top Secret security clearance.

Program Security Representative shapes a growing, high paced environment supporting next generation national security.

Responsibilities include:

- Performs individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DOD Programs.
- Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in the DoD M 5200.01 as well as DoD 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule).
- Classified document control, security education, briefings and debriefings, personnel security management, and other tasks as required.
- Conducts security investigations, security integrator for service providers, and visitor control.
- Maintains the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.
- Creates presentations and training, writes/develops/implements procedures, and provides excellent customer service.

The candidate must be a self-driven and detailed-oriented individual capable of effectively supporting and working on multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Knowledge of personnel and industrial security.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of the DoD 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule).
- Working knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and LM Corporate Security Tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to create, prepare, and deliver security-related briefings.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
