Classified Cybersecurity Leaders will secure life saving products and critical state of the art engineering and manufacturing systems by applying cutting edge cybersecurity principles. You will have an opportunity to make a difference in your first year by:
• Coordinating and managing interactions with government accreditation authorities to facilitate and maintain 100 % active accreditation status of all Authorization To Operate.
• Overseeing technical administration of information system in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include Continuous Monitoring, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and Change Management.
• Developing and implementing government approved information security procedures and system security plans for the operation of networked and standalone classified computer systems.
• Communicating, implementing, and managing a formal Information Security / Information Systems Security Program together with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Program Management.
• Overseeing and conducting risk assessments on cybersecurity architecture and performing comprehensive investigations of computer security incidents, collaborating with outside agencies as required.
Other Key Responsibilities and Challenges of this role include:
• Oversee day to day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations.
• Acquisition, training, development and retention of a technical team of security professionals that are responsible for ongoing compliance of accredited classified computing environments.
• Guiding and mentoring employees on work processes and business practices.
• Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan.
• Ensure documentation of compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) to address non compliance in the allotted time frame.
• High paced environment driven by growing and ever changing technical implementation requirements.
• Mission requirements may drive unpredictable work hours/schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
• DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification Must possess a DoD 8140/8570 IAM/IAT or IASAE Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISSP-ISSAP, or CISSP-ISSEP)

• Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools required to achieve accreditation of systems (vulnerability scanning, auditing, endpoint protection, SIEM, package submission tools) and the ability to analyze policies/procedures to resolve discrepancies.
• Experience driving the RMF process while working with government accreditation authorities for approvals, and performing risk and vulnerability assessments in line with current regulatory guidelines such as DAAPM/JSIG/ICD 503.
• Ability to motivate, influence and performance manage people with classified cybersecurity skills.
• Provide support for Bill of Estimates (BOE) and proposal development.
Desired Skills:
• Currently working in environment supporting government customers.
• Proven ability to obtain and maintain system ATOs.
• Hands on experience with ICD 503/JSIG and DAAPM.
• Experience implementing new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large scale, enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud computing and artificial intelligence technologies.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
