Job Summary

Under direct supervision, generate and distribute the standard report suite to the customer and sales organizations, managing feedback at a global level. Review customer metrics and engagement, ensuring performance and engagement meet defined expectations. MAJOR

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and maintain relationships with sales teams and customers. - Develop basic reports and queries for sales representatives. Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of distribution KPIs.

• Provide reports to sales and the customer identifying contract price changes and price miss-alignments.

• Provide information to the customer and the sales team identifying information to review in order to ensure inventory is aligned with customer utilization.

• Update Medline systems based on feedback from the customer and sales representatives.

• Provide issue resolution in the following areas (not limited to): inventory surplus, backorders, outstanding invoices. Initiate and partner with the internal teams.

• Communicate resolution in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma OR at least 2 years of sales analysis and support.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

• Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).

• Willingness to travel for business-related needs (i.e. training, accounts meetings, development, etc).

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous analytics experience in the healthcare industry.

• Previous inventory or supply chain analytics experience.
