Operational Excellence & Reliability:
- Own service reliability, availability, performance, and capacity; establish service-level objectives and transparent health reporting.
- Lead major incident and problem management, driving root-cause elimination and continuous improvement; learn from mistakes and improve processes and systems.
- Deliver seamlessly by strengthening change management discipline, automation, and operational readiness across releases and migrations.
Stakeholder Partnership & Customer Obsession:
- Obsess about customers: partner with business and technology leaders to understand needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver outcomes that improve employee productivity.
- Listen and learn from internal customers and operational teams; convert feedback into actionable improvements and measurable service gains.
- Build trust-based partnerships across Corporate IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities/Real Estate, and vendor partners.
People Leadership & Culture:
- Lead, coach, and develop global teams of engineers and architects; create clarity on roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Champion inclusion and diversity; foster psychological safety, encourage constructive debate, and enable each other to succeed.
