Job Title: DevOps / Observability Engineer (CI/CD & SecOps)

Location: Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Gurugram

Experience: 5+yrs

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps/Observability Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in pipeline tooling, SecOps practices, and monitoring ecosystems, with a focus on reliability, traceability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Automate deployment processes across environments, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Develop and maintain pipeline tooling for build, validation, and release processes
• Perform CI/CD pipeline validation, ensuring secure and compliant releases
• Review and validate SLSA attestations to ensure software supply chain integrity
• Build and maintain test harnesses (DSL/language-based) for validating pipelines and workflows
• Implement observability frameworks including metrics, logs, and traces
• Perform observability signal verification to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Design and validate alerting frameworks, including alert rule testing
• Integrate and manage monitoring tools such as Grafana and ClickHouse
• Collaborate with SecOps teams to enforce best practices in security and compliance
• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes platforms
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment, monitoring, and incident response

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Hands-on expertise in deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in pipeline validation and testing frameworks
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, ClickHouse)
• Knowledge of observability signals (metrics, logs, traces)
• Experience in Kubernetes-based deployments
• Understanding of SecOps practices and secure pipeline design
• Exposure to SLSA framework and attestation review
• Familiarity with DSL or custom test harness development
• Strong experience in alerting systems and rule validation
