This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys international travel, and is passionate about protecting people through thoughtful planning, operational excellence, and strong judgment. You'll become a trusted partner to Spotify’s leadership team, helping ensure their safety and security wherever business takes them.
What You'll Do
Protect Spotify’s senior leaders during daily activities, events, domestic and international travel.
Plan and execute executive protection operations in partnership with Executive Assistants, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments, threat analysis, and security planning to support informed decision-making.
Coordinate and implement protective measures across a variety of environments and locations.
Support broader Business Protection operations and initiatives globally when required.
Manage and maintain personnel and technical security solutions in Sweden and internationally.
Contribute to strategic and operational projects across the Executive Protection program.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Who You Are
You have operational experience in executive protection, close protection, law enforcement, military, security services, or a related field.
You know how to assess risk, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
You are experienced with planning and executing security operations for travel, events, and high-profile individuals.
You have a deep understanding of personal security principles, threat management, and protective operations.
You are comfortable working discreetly and adapting your approach based on the situation rather than relying on a fixed style.
You communicate clearly and confidently in English and are comfortable working across cultures and international environments.
You have experience using security-related technology, communications tools, and operational systems.
You care about building trust, maintaining confidentiality, and providing exceptional service to those you support.
You have a flexible approach to work and are comfortable with frequent international travel and changing priorities.
Where You'll Be
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and will require travel.
We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
