In this role, you will support and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations within a modern cloud-based environment. You will be responsible for administering SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC), ensuring secure and efficient user lifecycle management across complex enterprise systems. This position plays a key role in maintaining identity governance, improving access provisioning workflows, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams to integrate systems such as Active Directory, HR platforms, and cloud applications. The role requires hands-on technical expertise combined with strong problem-solving skills to support mission-critical identity services. Working in a fast-paced enterprise environment, you will help strengthen security, streamline access management, and enhance overall IAM maturity.

Accountabilities

  • Administer and support the SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) platform in a cloud-based enterprise environment.
  • Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize access provisioning and de-provisioning workflows across systems.
  • Support application onboarding and integration with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, HRMS, and cloud applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, aggregation, access requests, and identity synchronization.
  • Support identity governance activities, including access certifications, compliance audits, and control enforcement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and implement scalable identity solutions.
  • Integrate SailPoint with authentication and directory services including LDAP, Active Directory, and cloud identity platforms.
  • Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure secure and efficient identity operations.
  • Requirements

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) administration and support.
    • 3+ years of direct experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) in enterprise environments.
    • Strong knowledge of identity provisioning, governance, and lifecycle management processes.
    • Experience integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
    • Familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
    • Basic understanding of Java/J2EE for troubleshooting or platform support purposes.
    • Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is preferred.
    • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integration concepts is a plus.
    • Familiarity with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) models and IAM best practices.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
