Collaboration with various teams is integral to this role, as it supports the overall verification strategy and helps streamline the design cycle by preventing costly errors at later stages.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of formal verification methodologies to ensure design accuracy.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align verification goals with project timelines and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SoC Verification.
- Strong knowledge of formal verification techniques including model checking and equivalence checking.
- Experience with hardware description languages and verification environments.
- Ability to analyze complex design specifications and translate them into formal properties.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting verification failures using formal tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on early detection of design issues.
