Associate Physical Design Engineer, Google Cloud

The Start@Google Physical Design Boot Camp is a specialized, immersive career-entry program designed for recent college graduates, and up to 12 months of experience. This program bridges the gap between academic theory and industry-grade silicon engineering. Over the course of 5 months, participants will go through our Associate training program, transforming into Physical Design Engineers, gaining the skills necessary to build the next generation of Google’s custom silicon—the hardware that powers everything from Pixel devices to our global AI infrastructure.

We're proud to be our engineers' engineers and love voiding warranties by taking things apart so we can rebuild them. We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible.

Minimum qualifications:

• Achieved a Bachelor's degree within the last year, or an intended graduation date of 2026.
• Less than 1 year of study or work experience in the Silicon domain.

Preferred qualifications:

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills, and ability to be a team player.
