By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid setup from Iasi.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • End-to-end procurement for Travel & Mobility & Meetings & Events within EMEA;

  • Define sourcing strategies with stakeholders and conduct market analysis;

  • Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations;

  • Ensure cost-effective, high-quality and compliant sourcing decisions;

  • Draft, negotiate and manage contracts in collaboration with Legal;

  • Monitor supplier performance, KPIs and contract compliance;

  • Manage risk, compliance and adherence to procurement policies;

  • Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships;

  • Support category strategy alignment and procurement process improvements.

Skills that make your work successful:

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);

  • Strong data-driven decision-making and market analysis skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Procurement or related field;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement & Sourcing, ideally in Meetings & Events category;

  • Proven experience in sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiation;

  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and governance;

  • Knowledge of Meetings & Events industry and market dynamics;

  • Awareness of regulatory requirements and market-specific considerations;

  • Strategic thinking, ethical judgment, adaptability, and ability to work in multicultural environments.
