What You’ll Do:
Warehouse Operations
Support day-to-day operations at the Amgen Bulgaria warehouse
Help ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products
Maintain accurate operational documentation and records
Compliance & Quality
Support compliance of daily operations with GDP, SOX, and applicable EU/local regulations
Maintain documentation to support GDP compliance and inspection readiness
Assist during regulatory inspections and internal audits
Gain exposure to pharmaceutical quality and compliance processes while supporting the Responsible Person (RP) function where appropriate.
3PL & Distribution Management
Partner with logistics providers and internal teams to help ensure medicines reach patients efficiently and on time.
Work closely with customer service and logistics partners to help ensure timely deliveries
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to projects that improve supply chain performance and enhance patient experience.
Support implementation of operational best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic supply chain environment.
Curiosity, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, customer service, operations, or regulated industries is considered an advantage. We are equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong learning agility, ownership, and a desire to build a career in Supply Chain.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or customer service activities.
Basic understanding of GDP/GMP or pharmaceutical regulations.
Experience working in an international or cross-functional environment.
Pharmacist degree or interest in pharmaceutical distribution and compliance.
Experience with third-party logistics providers or distribution operations is a plus.
Digital literacy and ability to leverage modern productivity tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to support analysis, process improvement, and day-to-day operations.
