Join a global, high‑impact Demand Planning team supporting Aerospace & Industries (A&I) within Advanced Mobility.

Our portfolio includes iconic brands such as MOLYKOTE®, Vespel®, and Multibase™, serving cutting‑edge markets including aerospace & defense, transportation, consumer electronics, semiconductors, and industrial equipment.

In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of decision‑making—connecting customer demand and market signal with operations, commercial planning, and supply planning on a global scale.

As a Demand Planner, you will own and shape the short-, mid- and long-term consensus demand plan (volume & revenue), ensuring the latest and reliable demand signal being reflected and translated that drives operational excellence and business decisions across EMEA and globally. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Planning, influencing outcomes and continuously improving forecast accuracy and bias.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the EMEA demand planning agenda, acting as the key interface between Commercial, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance

  • Facilitate the monthly regional revenue outlook generation process providing demand assumptions (volume, revenue, cycle-o-cycle changes)

  • Translate market insights into clear demand assumptions for short‑, mid‑, and long‑term planning

  • Maintain detailed SKU‑ and customer‑level demand plans using planning tools (e.g. OMP, APO, Excel)

  • Ensure demand signals are accurately communicated to manufacturing sites and operations teams

  • Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and demand trends; identify root causes and drive corrective actions

  • Support IBP / S&OP processes, including Global Demand Reviews and pre‑meetings

  • Prepare clear, executive‑level summaries and confidently present to regional and global leaders

  • Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes, data quality, and outputs

Key requirements:

  • Proven hands‑on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Commercial Planning, and/or IBP / S&OP process

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable plans

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) is required

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Fluency in the local language, depending on location:

  • German if the role is based in Germany

  • Dutch or French if the role is based in Belgium

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment

  • High learning agility and openness to new systems and methodologies

  • Experience working with large and complex data sets is desirable

  • Exposure to advanced planning tools (OMP, SAP APO, or similar) is desirable

  • Experience in industrial, aerospace, or automotive sectors is desirable
