The Role
The senior manager role on Fidelity Procurement’s strategic sourcing team leads Procurement projects of medium to high level complexity, typically in support of a single business group. This role will work with business partners to improve Fidelity’s position to broker for the right products, at the right price and contractual terms. Individuals should possess experience working across many business segments, including technology, marketing, financial services, and consulting services. They should exhibit strong communications skills as they partner with Fidelity leaders across our business units to achieve stronger scale and efficiency for Fidelity.

Fidelity procurement helps Fidelity business partners make smart purchasing decisions that reduce risk and maximize value for the firm. Your impact will be realized as you assist our business partners in engaging Procurement to secure products and/or services through new vendor or existing vendor relationships. Your impact will be proven through the savings you are able to return to the firm.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
