As an Indirect Supply Chain - CAPEX Ford Champ, you will be responsible of support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle by sourcing suppliers, managing contracts, and analyzing financial data to drive cost savings. Coordinate cross-functional communication among Engineering, Operations, and Finance while tracking supplier performance and KPI metrics. Monitor market trends to identify innovation opportunities and ensure seamless, on-time project execution.
What you´ll do:
- Sourcing Support: Assist in market research and the identification/qualification of new machinery and tool installation suppliers.
- Contract Administration: Support the drafting, reviewing, and tracking of contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Supplier Coordination: Help maintain supplier relationships by scheduling meetings and documenting performance reviews.
- Data Analysis: Gather pricing data and assist in cost-comparison and savings-tracking reports.
- Process Monitoring: Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle by tracking requisitions through to project execution.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate communication and meetings between Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams.
- KPI Reporting: Assist in collecting data for procurement performance dashboards and management reports.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to support team innovation.
What you´ll need:
- Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.) or Business Administration.
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Education: Student or recent graduate in
- Industry Interest: A genuine passion for the Automotive industry and emerging manufacturing technologies.
- Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strong interest in Finance, cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Supply Chain Focus: A clear desire to build a career in Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing.
- Relationship Management: Natural interest in networking and managing Supplier Relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel (for data analysis) and PowerPoint (for presentations).
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and able to collaborate across multifunctional teams (Engineering, Finance, and Operations).
