This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes
How you will contribute
You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Engineering, Business or related. Master’s degree is a plus.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Professional Services categories
Manage supplier relationships and negotiations
Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
Build strategic supplier relationships and manage performance, ensuring service quality, innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Drive commercial excellence through structured negotiations, rate card / cost model harmonization, contract optimization, and sustainable sourcing practices.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to enable agile and effective decision-making, while ensuring procurement governance and policy compliance.
Key Requirements:
6-10 years in strategic sourcing and professional services sourcing
Experience in regional or global sourcing (consumer goods, food & beverages is a plus)
Strong analytical and digital skills
Fluent in English
Travel requirements: Once or twice per year.
Location: Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica – hybrid work format (Office 2-3 days per week.)
