You will be responsible for the creation of process orders, managing and executing orders for Bulk & Raw ingredient materials for the plant, and maintaining floor & system inventory accuracy. Through this you will provide an uninterrupted supply of materials for the manufacturing process while preventing waste & following all policies and procedures of the company.

What you need to know about this position:
Leading MRP-Material Requirement Planning, Defining & maintaining RMPM master data, boundaries and parameters
PO issuance, Materials call offs processes, follow ups with suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders from procurement and warehouses
Proactively and timely report any production or Vendor/shipping/carrier issues, and enlist supplier transporter, planning teams to pre-empt any business impact and/or accommodate changes production and/or delivery schedules as appropriate.
Executing RM/PM & FG supply chain set up of new products in collaboration with BD
Monitoring Vendor conformance to schedule in new projects launches
leading the Phase-in Phase-out and write-off analysis, reporting, and execution in new project launches
Managing the Monthly Provision, GIT, DIOH, Adoption and OTIF reports
Building self and other Key User’s capability on planning systems;
Manage inventory for RM & PM, attend DMS as participation and alignment for Operational excellence, Support IBP preparation & dashboard completion.
Adopting IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and standard work processes and own Pillar systems/ processes at the site/ area level.
WH core team capability building on IL6S tools and concepts.
Actively participating in SN-Supply Network pillar activities and lead systems and projects to drive Supply Chain Loss Analysis and Elimination.
Managing production plans
Responsible for lines RCCP
Responsible for short term production planning.
Monitoring weekly production plan adherence, owning CTS KPI.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, business or any related field
Job specific requirements:
3-4 years of relevant experience
SAP MRP & APO user
High Analytical skills
Advanced Excel user
Team Player with high Stakeholders management skills.
