We are now looking for Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our operations Management and Site Leadership Team in Lancaster, United Kingdom.

What you will do

Lead and manage warehouse and logistics operations to support safety, efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock control activities
Support OTIF delivery performance for UK and international customers
Manage WMS, barcoding, and related IT systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and manage costs
Support carrier and transport contract management to ensure effective service and value
Monitor budgets (labor, transport, facilities) and plan resources to meet operational needs
Lead, coach, and support warehouse and administrative teams to strengthen performance and engagement
Collaborate across teams to meet customer requirements and analyze KPIs to identify improvements
Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and company policies, and support implementation of new systems and processes for business growth

Who you are

You are results-oriented and highly motivated
You have exceptional leadership and people management capability
You have proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations with a strong understanding of inventory control and distribution
You are skilled in supporting teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining clear communication
You proactively contribute to process improvements and continuous operational efficiency
You have strong IT capabilities, including WMS systems and advanced Excel use
You are well-organized with solid planning, analytical, and decision-making skills
You have knowledge of health & safety standards and awareness of budgets and commercial impact
You are adaptable, practical, and solution-focused, with the ability to motivate and support others
You are customer-focused and committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement
