We are now looking for Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our operations Management and Site Leadership Team in Lancaster, United Kingdom.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage warehouse and logistics operations to support safety, efficiency, accuracy, and productivity

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock control activities

  • Support OTIF delivery performance for UK and international customers

  • Manage WMS, barcoding, and related IT systems

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and manage costs

  • Support carrier and transport contract management to ensure effective service and value

  • Monitor budgets (labor, transport, facilities) and plan resources to meet operational needs

  • Lead, coach, and support warehouse and administrative teams to strengthen performance and engagement

  • Collaborate across teams to meet customer requirements and analyze KPIs to identify improvements

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and company policies, and support implementation of new systems and processes for business growth


 

Who you are

  • You are results-oriented and highly motivated

  • You have exceptional leadership and people management capability

  • You have proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations with a strong understanding of inventory control and distribution

  • You are skilled in supporting teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining clear communication

  • You proactively contribute to process improvements and continuous operational efficiency

  • You have strong IT capabilities, including WMS systems and advanced Excel use

  • You are well-organized with solid planning, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • You have knowledge of health & safety standards and awareness of budgets and commercial impact

  • You are adaptable, practical, and solution-focused, with the ability to motivate and support others

  • You are customer-focused and committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement
