Procurement Analyst (India)

About the role:

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Finance team. You will drive cost optimization and financial efficiency by analyzing purchasing data, evaluating vendor contracts, and managing supplier performance. You will serve as the bridge between rapid scaling and fiscal responsibilityYou will report to the Director of Procurement who is based in California. 

This is a remote position based out of your home office in India and will require you to work 9:30pm - 6amIST.

What you will do:

• Act as the primary monitor and responder for the internal #help-procurement channel, providing prompt, accurate guidance on procurement processes and policies, and managing the associated Serval ticket queue
• Own and maintain the Procurement Action Items master sheet, tracking deliverables, ensuring data accuracy, and driving timely completion across stakeholders
• Maintain and oversee the master contract renewals pipeline — looking ahead at upcoming expirations, collaborating with our benchmarking partner to pull market data, and proactively engaging internal stakeholders to determine renewal intent well in advance
• Serve as the primary custodian of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our outsourced procurement support function, monitoring performance and continuously refining SOPs to optimize the partnership and ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage the repository of official contract templates in partnership with the Legal team, ensuring all documents are current, approved, and accessible across the organization
• Proactively analyze existing procurement workflows, identify bottlenecks, and leverage tools (including AI) to propose scalable process improvements that increase efficiency

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in a procurement, supply chain, or analyst role developed within a large-scale, structured corporate or consulting environment (e.g., Accenture, Cognizant, EY, Infosys, TCS, or similar) or within an AI-native company
• Comfortable navigating and leveraging LLM tools, specifically Claude, to optimize daily workflows and drafting tasks
• Strong organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail regarding legal and procedural compliance
• Excellent written communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships in an async, remote environment

Bonus if you:

• Have direct experience with v0 (by Vercel) for UI prototyping or workflow building.

The base pay range for this role is 3,906,000 to 4,500,000 INR. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
