As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will take on a key responsibility in managing and overseeing the purchasing activities of an organization, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Support inbound supply chain operations and supplier partnerships to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Create, review, and manage purchase orders while resolving supplier and transportation-related queries
- Partner with Forecasting, Procurement, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to support operational requirements
- Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve processes
- Maintain reports, distribute forecast information, and support invoice reconciliation and data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, report tooling issues, and uphold confidentiality and operational compliance
What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to manage changing business priorities
- Language: English
