We are looking to add a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to optimize our freight decision-making through daily execution. We are seeking a tenacious, self-starting, and solutions-focused candidate with a continuous improvement mindset to help our managed transportation customers navigate their unique supply chain challenges.

In this role you will be responsible for working with customer stakeholders to ensure information is flowing properly and efficiently so transportation can be planned and executed to properly support their business needs. Where processes need enhancement, you’ll collaborate with peers who are skilled operators to create and implement solutions to streamline processes for our customers.

LOCATION: Philippines - Remote

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments and when issues arise.
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure loads are meeting OTP and OTD KPI’s.
  • Handle quote & book tasks as required by the subset of customers assigned.
  • Direct scheduling / rescheduling of appts as needed.
  • Perform scorecard audits - ensure both external and internal metrics are aligned.
  • Process accessorials in a timely manner.
  • Assist with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and customer facing.
  • Experience with scheduling tasks a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with Quote & Book tasks a plus, but not required.
  • Able to quickly assess and resolve issues.
  • Continuous Improvement mindset.
