Technology Support Engineer

Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration processes.
Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents.
Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments.
Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols and service level agreements.
 

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Intermediate proficiency in Workplace Technology Remote Support.
A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Beginner proficiency in problem solving.
Intermediate proficiency in communication.
Advanced proficiency in analytical thinking.
