Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the system or application. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and thoughtfully develops solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client experience.
- Document and share knowledge to support team learning and continuous improvement.
- Assist in monitoring system health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact clients.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques for cloud services.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
