Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery processes.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the documentation and implementation of best practices for infrastructure management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and processes.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management within IT infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze and resolve infrastructure-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system availability.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
