Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of IT production systems and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of service management processes and workflows.
- Support incident and problem management activities to minimize service disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and incident management tools.
- Strong understanding of IT service management lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex IT operational issues.
- Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies in IT services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
