Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of issues that impact business continuity. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining operational stability across multiple platforms and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of technical issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes within IT operations.
- Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues to ensure operational stability.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
