What this job involves:

  • Conduct weekly inspections of hotel rooms, washrooms, and stonewall trees; respond to emergency calls and coordinate ad hoc repairs with vendors
  • Manage key control for all Studio Units (vacant and occupied) and oversee key borrowing registration for visitors and contractors
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person at the Information Centre; support exhibition room operations including daily opening/closing and scheduling per operating hours
  • Maintain daily patrol logs, file applications and leasing documents, process rental receipts, and manage office signage, notices, and directory updates
  • Monitor and restock first aid supplies, manage storeroom inventory (e.g., booklets), and procure office equipment and sundries
  • Perform monthly water and electricity meter readings and assist in issuing debit notes.

Required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in basic administrative and record-keeping tasks
  • Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with vendors
  • Good communication skills for handling customer inquiries and tenant requests
  • Attention to detail for inspections, inventory, and documentation
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic procurement processes
  • Physically able to conduct facility walkthroughs and light maintenance checks
